ArtTern provides digital services, online directory listings, memberships, promotional opportunities, featured placements, advertising services, and other digital products. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases made through ArtTern are generally final and non-refundable.

1. Digital Services

By purchasing a listing package, membership, promotional service, advertising placement, featured listing, or any other digital service offered by ArtTern, you acknowledge and agree that the service begins immediately upon payment, activation, review, publication, scheduling, or processing.

Because these services are digital in nature and cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available.

4. Listing Approval and Removal

ArtTern reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, remove, or refuse any listing, content, profile, image, event, or submission that violates our Terms & Conditions, Content Policy, applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or platform standards.

Where a listing is rejected or removed due to a violation of our policies, no refund shall be due.

5. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content, images, descriptions, contact information, artwork details, and other materials are accurate, lawful, complete, and suitable before purchase and submission.

ArtTern shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information submitted by users.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

ArtTern may, at its sole discretion, review requests relating to duplicate payments, verified billing errors, or technical issues directly caused by ArtTern that prevent delivery of the purchased service.

Any refund, credit, replacement service, or alternative solution provided in such circumstances shall be entirely at ArtTern’s discretion and shall not create any obligation to provide refunds in future cases.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact ArtTern before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a payment provider.

Where a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified, ArtTern reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account, remove listings and content, recover outstanding fees and costs, and take legal action where permitted by applicable law.

8. Cancellation of Services

Users may cancel future renewals of subscriptions or memberships at any time. Cancellation of future renewals does not entitle the user to a refund of fees already paid.

Any active listing, membership, or service shall remain available until the end of the applicable paid period unless removed in accordance with our policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArtTern shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, financial, commercial, or business losses arising from the purchase or use of any listing package, membership, promotional service, advertisement, featured placement, or other service provided through the platform.
