This policy explains the rules for submitting listings, profiles, images, events, artwork, and other content to ArtTern.
1. Accuracy of Information
All submitted information must be accurate, current, and not misleading. This includes artist names, business names, biography, contact details, location, event details, prices, artwork information, and portfolio images.
2. Ownership and Permission
You may only upload content that you own or have permission to use. This includes artwork images, photographs, logos, videos, text, CVs, and third-party materials.
3. Artwork and Portfolio Images
Images should represent your own work or the work of the artist, gallery, supplier, or organisation being listed. ArtTern may remove images that are low-quality, misleading, copied, unauthorised, or inconsistent with the submitted listing.
4. Prohibited Listings
ArtTern does not allow listings that involve illegal goods or services, counterfeit works, stolen artworks, fraudulent claims, impersonation, hate content, extremist content, sexually explicit material, harmful misinformation, or any content that may violate UAE law or applicable international standards.
5. Events
Event listings must include accurate event name, organiser, venue, date, time, ticketing information, and any relevant conditions. ArtTern is not responsible for changes, cancellations, safety, ticketing, refunds, or organiser conduct.
6. No Impersonation
You must not create listings, profiles, emails, pages, or accounts that falsely represent another person, artist, gallery, company, institution, or government entity.
7. Review and Moderation
ArtTern may review, edit, reject, suspend, or delete any content or listing at any time to protect users, comply with law, maintain quality, or prevent misuse of the platform.
